As a result of the Company’s ongoing Total Productive Management (TPM) efforts since 2012, Yünsa has been awarded the “TPM Excellence Award” by Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM).
In line with Total Productive Management approach, which covers the entire operation including both blue-collar and white-collar employees unlike similar models, Yünsa has proven its excellence with successful business results in a wide range of areas from OHS, manufacturing, quality and delivery to maintenance, cost management, environment, sustainability and employee motivation as a result of its cultural transformation efforts.
